Community Guideline Principles

Utradea strives to provide a safe, enjoyable, and informative experience on the Site. To help ensure a great user experience we have outlined several community guideline principles:

Inappropriate Content

No incitement to hatred, no pornography or pedophilia, no direct or veiled threats against any person or group of people.

Original Content

No plagiarism. This includes posting content verbatim from other sources without proper attribution and/or repurposing content from other sources and presenting it without reference to the content's creator.

Spamming or Trolling

No spamming, link-spamming or transmitting malware and viruses, no personal attacks, no profanity or vulgarity, no business solicitations or advertising, no inappropriate, unethical or misleading behavior.

Disclosures and Conflicts of Interest

You must disclose the existence at the time of writing of a bull or bear position if you have a current position in the stock. You may not write about a stock with the intention to boost or reduce the stock's price and sell.

Utradea Moderation

Utradea has the right in its sole discretion and without further notice to you, to monitor, censor, edit, move, delete, and/or remove any and all Content posted on its Site or by any other method to or from your Utradea user account at any time and for any reason. Without limiting the foregoing, Utradea has the right to delete any comment or Content that it believes, in its sole discretion, does or may violate the Community Guidelines or Terms and Conditions.

Position Content Princples

Utradea is founded on the principles that investment ideas should be of high-quality and easy to understand. To help ensure our community has access to high-quality content we have outlined several content principles:

Interesting Content

Position posts should interest the Utradea community. To make a position post more interesting consider the following questions: will this position upload help an investor decide whether to buy or sell the stock in question? Does it provide meaningful information about or analysis of the company's competitive environment, management, products, corporate strategy, earnings potential or balance sheet?

High Quality

Position posts should contain high-quality opinion and analysis. The narrative in the positions post should d be convincing, well-presented, and actionable. Ask yourself how can I make it easy for the reader to make an investment decision.

Originality

If you are writing about well-covered issues, bring a new perspective that others may have missed. Consider uploading positions about stocks and companies that are not well covered by wall street and analysts. Can you find a diamond in the rough?

Exciting Title

Your title should catch the readers attention and provide some insight about the content of the position. Make it exciting but ensure it is relevant to your position.
