$AMC DD - why does nobody understand they are breakeven right now?

The amount of people posting online saying $AMC is burning cash and going bankrupt is crazy, and none of them are doing the very simple math. So lets walk through this 6th grade level math. $AMC is earning a total gross profit per attendee of $12.20 ($6.08 from ticketing and $6.13 from food/bev), that's pretty solid. $AMC's total fixed costs going forward is going to be around $675 million a quarter (OpEx $310, Rent $210, G&A $55, Interest $100). Divide $675 million by $12.20 gross margin per attendee and it takes 54 million attendees each quarter for $AMC to break even. 54 million attendees is 40-50% below what 2019 attendance levels were. Looking at the recent box office numbers July was 56% below 2019, and August was 51% below 2019. WE ARE ALREADY AT BREAKEVEN LEVELS WITH HARDLY ANY NEW RELEASES! So no, even if $AMC doesnt sell new shares, they will not be going bankrupt.
