$SAILing under the radar

I've been taking a closer look at $SAIL over the last few weeks and I see a nice short term play for a potential 2-3x and also a nice long term play as well for steady gains over the next few years. Sailpoint is in the identity governance space. Similar to Okta, but not a direct competitor. In fact, they are partnered together now and Sailpoint integrates nicely with Okta(https://www.okta.com/partners/sailpoint/). Sailpoint is best in the industry when it comes to Identity Governance & Administration for huge enterprise. Okta focuses more on workforce identity, though there is sure to be more and more overlap especially with the Auth0 acquisition. But with the increasing shift to working from home, the identity space is huge and growing. Okta's 2020 revenue was $586M, and its market cap at the time of writing is 33B (~56x revenue). Sailpoint's 2020 revenue was $365M, and its market cap is currently less than 5B (~14x revenue). The stock is below its all time high of $62 earlier in the year (currently trading at $50) and with Q2 earnings next week (releasing Aug 9th) I think it could be a huge catalyst to set new all time highs and start trading at a premium closer to Okta's. At 42x revenue the stock price would be $150 and even then their market cap would be less than $15B. There is also 10% short interest in the stock, and smaller float than Okta. For the record I'm also long Okta, I'm in the IT industry and I think both have a great product. TLDR ⛵➡️🌙 This is not financial advice.
